Terms of Sale and Use

1. Publisher and scope

LARPIT is operated by Johan Guerrero, SIRET 988 078 572 00019, contact dreamshare803@gmail.com. Registered business address: Aix-en-Provence, France.

These terms (version 2026-08-31) govern access to the service and every subscription purchased on larpit.app. The version in force on the day of the order is the one that applies, and it is recorded with the order.

2. The service

LARPIT lets you upload a photograph, describe a change in writing, and receive a modified version of that photograph produced by an artificial intelligence model.

A low resolution, watermarked preview is produced free of charge within the free allowance. Full resolution files without a watermark require an active paid plan.

3. Your content and rights

You keep all rights to the photographs you upload and to the images generated from them.

You grant LARPIT only the rights strictly required to deliver the service: technical processing, transmission to the AI provider performing the transformation, temporary storage and display back to you. No other use is made of your files, and they are not sold or licensed to third parties.

4. Prohibited uses

You must only upload photographs you own or are authorised to use, and you must have the consent of any identifiable person appearing in them.

The following are prohibited: fraud, identity theft, fake identity or official documents, fake evidence, defamation, unlawful use of a third party's image or likeness, illegal content, sexual content involving minors, hateful content, and any use intended to deceive a person about a material fact.

We may refuse a generation, suspend or terminate an account in the event of a breach, and report unlawful content to the competent authorities.

5. Plans and quotas

Three monthly subscriptions are sold: Starter at 9.99€ per month for up to 20 generations per monthly period, Creator at 19.99€ per month for up to 40 generations, Pro at 29.99€ per month for up to 60 generations.

Prices are in euros, net of VAT (VAT not applicable, art. 293 B CGI), and are the amounts actually charged by our payment provider.

Quotas reset at the start of each new billing period and are not carried over. A generation that fails solely because of an internal technical error on our side does not consume a credit.

6. Order, payment and renewal

Before paying you are shown the chosen plan, the price, the monthly frequency, the automatic renewal and the number of generations included. The order button states that the order carries an obligation to pay.

Payments are processed by Stripe. LARPIT never receives or stores full card numbers.

The subscription renews automatically every month at the same price until it is cancelled. The renewal date is shown in your account.

7. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time, online, from your account: Cancel my subscription. Cancellation is effective at the end of the period already paid for, and no further payment is taken.

Your access and your remaining quota stay available until that date, which is displayed in your account.

8. Right of withdrawal

As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract for digital content or services, without giving a reason.

Because the service is supplied immediately, before the end of that period, you are asked at checkout to expressly request immediate performance and to acknowledge that once the service has been fully performed you lose your right of withdrawal, in accordance with articles L221-25 and L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. That request is recorded with your order.

If you have not asked for immediate performance, or if the service has not yet been performed, you may withdraw within 14 days by writing to dreamshare803@gmail.com, including the withdrawal form below or any unambiguous statement. Where withdrawal applies, sums due are refunded within 14 days using the same payment method.

9. Withdrawal form

To Johan Guerrero, dreamshare803@gmail.com, Aix-en-Provence, France: I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract for the supply of the following service: LARPIT subscription (plan). Ordered on (date). Name of the consumer. Address of the consumer. Signature (only if this form is notified on paper). Date.

10. AI results

Results are produced by a probabilistic artificial intelligence model. We do not guarantee that a generation will match your expectations exactly, nor a perfect likeness or a specific visual outcome.

This clause does not remove the mandatory legal guarantees owed to consumers, in particular conformity of the digital service.

11. Availability and liability

We work to keep the service available and secure, but access may be interrupted for maintenance, provider failure or force majeure.

Subject to mandatory legal provisions and to the rights a consumer cannot be deprived of, our liability is limited to foreseeable damage directly caused by the service and, in aggregate, to the amounts paid over the twelve months preceding the claim.

You remain solely responsible for the use you make of the images you generate.

12. Personal data

Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

13. Changes to the terms

New versions apply to future orders. The version accepted at the time of your order continues to govern that order.

14. Law, complaints and mediation

French law applies, without depriving a consumer resident in the European Union of the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
