Terms of Service

1. Service

LARPIT is an AI photo-editing service. You upload a photograph, describe a change, and the service returns a modified version of that photograph.

A low-resolution, watermarked preview is produced free of charge. Full-resolution files require an active paid plan.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the photographs you upload. You grant LARPIT a limited licence to process, store and transform them solely to deliver the service.

You must only upload photographs you own or are authorised to use. Uploading images of other people without their consent, or any illegal, sexual, hateful or deceptive content, is prohibited.

3. Acceptable use

Generated images must not be used for fraud, impersonation, defamation, fake identity documents, fake evidence, or to mislead anyone about a material fact.

We may suspend or terminate accounts and refuse generations that breach these rules.

4. Plans, billing and cancellation

Plans are monthly subscriptions billed in advance through our payment provider. Monthly generation quotas reset at each renewal and do not carry over.

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the period already paid for. Statutory withdrawal rights apply where the law grants them.

5. AI output

AI results are probabilistic. We do not guarantee a specific visual outcome, likeness accuracy or suitability for a particular purpose.

If a generation fails for a technical reason on our side, no credit is consumed.

6. Liability

The service is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.
